OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
These minute steaks are an incredibly affordable way to enjoy a grass fed meat. Theyhave been rubbed with a pepper mix for added flavour. Simply pan fry on high heat for a short time until cooked to your liking and serve!
