OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
Our original brisket but half the size, hand cut in store for those wanting a smaller portion. The navel end brisket is the belly side of the brisket. It has less fat then the pointy end of the brisket, making it ideal for soups and stews.
