OUR FARM beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
This half eye fillet, otherwise known as the 'butt', is ultra tender. A half eye fillet is perfect to be roasted whole, or can be cut into steaks. Eye fillet has a subtle flavour that goes well with sauces and condiments.
