Kangaroo loin fillets come from the lower back of the kangaroo. The loin fillet can be cooked on the BBQ, pan fried or roasted. Kangaroo meat is very lean, so it is best served rare - medium rare. It also benefits from being rested for 5-10 minutes after cooking.
Please note: Our Kangaroo comes in fresh to the store on Wednesdays. Delivery for this product is available from Thursday to Saturday.
