Easter School Holiday Cooking Class - Lamb Sausage Rolls & Easter Cookies!

Keep the kids entertained this Easter school holidays with a fun and interactive cooking class! On Wednesday, April 23, from 10 am - 12 noon, children will learn how to make their own delicious Lamb Sausage Rolls and decorate fun Easter Bunny Cookies, in our lively café space.

Kids will get hands-on experience making their own lamb sausage rolls, combining fresh lamb mince with garlic, onion, parsley and dried herbs. Kids will get to roll out their puff pastry, filling and creating a giant sausage roll and finishing with some poppy seeds. 

For the Easter treat, they'll get to decorate their own Easter cookies using a range of coloured fondant and cut shapes to cover and decorate their Easter cookies. Each child will make 2 x cookies.

This class is not only about cooking but also teaches kids about food safety, cooking techniques, and the origins of their ingredients. Ages 5-12 are welcome, and group bookings are encouraged.

Each child will receive a paper chef’s hat, gloves and an apron. Spots are limited, so be sure to book soon to avoid missing out!

The classes are conducted by a fully qualified chef and facilitator. 

Note: Photos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. Please advise us on the day if you prefer for your child not to be photographed. 

Cancellations and changes

• Please note there are no refunds for cancellations. Store credit will be provided. 
• Please arrive by 9.30 am to sign in for the class and be ready for class commencement at 10 am.
