Lamb riblets are regular lamb ribs that have been hand cut by our butchers in store for your convenience. They have a beautiful flavour and can be used in a similar way to other ribs. Lamb riblets can be roasted until they are sticky and flavoursome or cooked low and slow then finished off on high heat in the oven or on the BBQ.
Our lamb is grass fed.
