Why have I been refunded a portion of my original order?
We used a Variable Pricing Method
As meat is not a fixed weight product it is difficult to predict the final cost of the product until it is weighed. On placing your order we will charge you for the higher weight range quoted. When we select and weigh your product, we will refund you the difference between the weight paid and the actual weight received
We are in the process of converting all of our online products to fixed weight items. This means whatever you purchase online will not vary in price, so when your order is fulfilled, the total cost will not change. While we are in the process of making this transition, some items will still have a variable price.
We are aiming to improve the customer experience on our online store and hope this makes things simpler for you.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, we do. Orders can be collected from the butchers bench 24 hours after you place your order online.
There is no charge for Click & Collect.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Sydney Metropolitan, Blue Mountains, Central Coast & Wollongong.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Orders $150 and over- $8 delivery fee
Orders $150 or under- $15 delivery fee
Central Coast, Wollongong & Blue Mountains:
Flat $20 delivery fee
When will my order arrive?
SYDNEY METROPOLITAN - Place your order by 8am Monday-Friday for next day delivery. Friday orders placed after 8am and Saturday orders placed before 8am will be delivered on Monday. All orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.
BLUE MOUNTAINS - Place your order by Tuesday 8am for Thursday delivery. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.
WOLLONGONG - Place your order by Monday 8am for Wednesday delivery. Orders placed before Wednesday 8am will be delivered on Friday. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.
CENTRAL COAST - Place your order before Tuesday 8am for Thursday delivery. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.
How long will my order stay chilled?
Orders are packed in chilled packaging so your order should stay chilled for up to 12 hours.
Do I need to be home to accept my order?
No, please leave detailed instructions when placing your order so we can leave your delivery in a secure place in the event you’re not home to accept your order.
Do you deliver to apartment buildings?
We deliver to apartments, however, please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your box. If there are no instructions, your box will be placed in the foyer of your building or on the front door step (Depending on building access). Please ensure there is easy access to the front door.
Can I change my order?
We will do our best to change your order, however if we've already packed and fulfilled your order this will not be possible. Please call the store ASAP if you want any changes on 9690 0979 (Mon-Fri).
