DELIVERY TIMES

SYDNEY METROPOLITAN – Place your order by 12pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery. Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.

BLUE MOUNTAINS – Place your order by Tuesday 12pm for Thursday delivery. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.

WOLLONGONG – Place your order by Monday 12pm for Wednesday delivery. Orders placed before Wednesday 12pm will be delivered on Friday. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.

CENTRAL COAST – Place your order before Tuesday 12pm for Thursday delivery. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.

You will receive an email when your order is out for delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Sydney Metropolitan:

All orders under $150 will have a $15 delivery charge.

All orders over $150 will have an $8 delivery charge.

Blue Mountains, Central Coast & Wollongong:

Flat $20 delivery charge.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We deliver to:

Make sure to add your postcode to the verifier to see if you are within our delivery areas. If you are outside of these zones, please get in contact with us at sales@meatemporium.com.au with your suburb and we will see what we can do.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?  

We use Styrofoam boxes with ice to keep your order chilled for up to 12 hours. At the checkout, please leave delivery instructions of where to place your delivery.

DELIVERY TO APARTMENT BUILDINGS

We deliver to apartments, however please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your box. If there are no instructions, your box will be placed in the foyer of your building or on the front door step (depending on building access). Please ensure we have easy access to the front door.

CLICK & COLLECT:

Click & Collect is available with no charge. Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours.

We may use your personal information such as phone number & email address to contact you to clarify anything about your order.

DELIVERY POLICY

Australian Meat Emporium deliver to Metropolitan Sydney Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. All orders are delivered anytime between 6am-6pm.

If your delivery address needs to be altered once your order is placed, please email us ASAP at sales@meatemporium.com.au and we will do our best to get your order delivered to the new address. Australian Meat Emporium accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.

Australian Meat Emporium accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your box can be left, should you not be home.

Customers must get in contact with us via email sales@meatemporium.com.au within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. Australian Meat Emporium will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the meat products or offering store credit for your next order.

Failure to comply with these policies can result in no meat product replacement or store credit.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ refunds or returns.

If we are out of stock of your item, a full refund will be issued to the payment method you placed the order with.

THIRD PARTIES

Cool Couriers is not a Common Carrier – and as such, does not insure Customers Goods for loss or damage of stock. Insurance of Goods whilst in transit with Cool Couriers is the responsibility of the Customer.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Australian Meat Emporium may make changes to this policy at any time. Our website will be updated and this policy should be reviewed by customers frequently.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers are required to cancel their order within 3 hours of purchasing. Please note we use a next day courier service so we require you to cancel ASAP.

DELIVERY:

We use styrofoam & cardboard boxes with ice packs & insulation wrap to keep your meat chilled for up to 12 hours.
